Liquid Pool Chlorine controls bacteria, viruses and protozoa in swimming pools and spas.
Active constituent : 125g/L Available Sodium Hypochlorate
General Instructions
1. The correct level of free chlorine should be maintained for several hours before and during swimming activity;
2. Chlorine levels and pH should be tested daily by use of a reliable test kit using fresh testing reagents;
3. If pH falls below the required level, add dry alkali, if it rises above, add dry acid or hydrochloric acid;
4. Dose the pool in the evening when the pool is not in use. Dosage rates indicated are only a guide. Dose the pool and then test to ensure the required free chlorine levels are reached;
5. If stabilisers are present in the pool, stabiliser levels should be testsed fortnightly by use of a reliable test kit. If 100mg/L of stabiliser is exceeded the ability of the chlorine to control algae, bacteria, viruses and protozoa is reduced.
